1.一般观察 哮喘模型组小鼠在激发开始后出现打喷嚏、点头呼吸、呼吸急促、哮鸣音、腹肌收缩、烦躁等典型哮喘发作症状，并且后期观察中发现饮食减少、毛色无光泽、行动迟缓及体重逐渐下降。
2.支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)的收集最后1次激发24 h后(第28天)将各组小鼠颈椎脱臼处死，无菌条件下分离气管，结扎左主支气管后,剪开右主支气管插入气管导管并固定，无菌生理盐水灌洗3次，1mL/次，收集的BALF于4℃，1200 R/min离心5 min，弃去上清液，PBS重悬细胞沉淀并涂片，进行细胞分类。
